小儿静脉留置针的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of venous indwelling needle applicated in children

目的:综合护理在小儿静脉留置针中应用的体会。方法:选择需静脉留置导管的患儿64例,随机平均分为两组,每组32例患者,试验组患儿静脉置针的同时给予综合护理,对照组患儿未给予综合护理。对比两组患儿不良反应情况,并总结分析。结果:试验组患儿出现静脉炎4例,导管堵塞2例,药液渗出1例,不良反应发生率为21.9%。对照组患儿出现静脉炎7例,导管堵塞5例,药液渗出3例,不良反应发生率为46.9%。两组患儿不良反应发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可降低静脉留置针患儿不良反应发生率,提高患儿舒适度,值得广泛采用。

Objective To explore the clinical experience of comprehensive nursing applicated in children with venous indwelling needle. Methods 64 children with venous indwelling needle were selected in our hospital and divided into two groups.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing.The control group was not given comprehensive nursing.We compared the analgesic effects and complications of two groups.Results There were phlebitis occurred in 4 cases,catheter occlusion in 2 cases and drug exosmosis in 1 cases,adverse reaction rate was 21.9%;there were phlebitis occurred in 7 cases,catheter occlusion in 5 cases and drug exosmosis in 3 cases,adverse reaction rate was 46.9%,There was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing could reduce adverse reaction rate of children with venous indwelling needle,raise comfort degree,worthy fitrther utilization.
