急性胃十二指肠穿孔修补术后的护理与并发症预防

Postoperative nursing and complications prevention on patients undergoing acute gastric perforation suture

目的:总结急性胃十二指肠穿孔修补术后系统化护理与并发症预防措施,提高护理质量。方法:回顾性分析37例急性胃十二指肠穿孔患者护理资料,所有患者术后均给予病情观察与生命体征监测、胃肠减压、围管道护理、饮食指导等护理措施,预防并发症的发生。结果:术后发生切口感染5例(13.5%),吻合部位梗阻3例(8.1%),内出血2例(5.4%);所有患者均治愈出院,平均住院时间(11.2±2.8)d。结论:胃十二指肠穿孔修补术后认真执行护理操作、加强术后观察是预防与及早发现并发症的关键。

Objective To summarize the experience of acute gastroduodenal perforation repair of postoperative systematic nursing and complications prevention measures,improve the quality of nursing care.Methods A retrospective analysis of 37 cases of acute gastroduodenal perforation patient care information,all patients were given the observation and monitoring of vital signs,gastrointestinal decompression,perioperative nursing,diet instruction pipeline such nursing measures,prevention of complications.Results The incidence of postoperative incision infection in 5 cases(13.5%),anastomotic obstruction in 3 cases(8.1%),hemorrhage in 2 cases(5.4%);all the patients were cured and discharged,the average length of time(11.2±2.8)d.Conclusion Gastric and duodenal perforation after careful implementation of nursing operation,postoperative observation of prevention and early detection of complications are the key.
