Objective To probe the motion retraining effects of task-oriented method on lower limb functional rehabilitation of stroke sufferers caused by intoxication. Methods 20 sufferers in the observation group were given task-oriented training, and the other 20 sufferers in the control group were given traditional normalized training. Simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale and Berg balance scale were adopted to compare the lower limb state before and after the training.Refbrmed Barthel index was adopted to assess ADL. Results After training, the scores of FMA, BBS and the reformed Barthel index of the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P〈0.05)with significant effects. Conclusion Task-oriented method has superb recovery effects on lower limb functional rehabilitation of stroke sufferers caused by intoxication.
