病房护理工作模式的实践与探讨

目的探讨不同护理工作模式,更好地发挥护理人员的工作潜能,激发护理人员工作热情,提高伤病员满意度,为伤病员提供安全、专业、全程的优质护理服务。方法在开展优质护理服务工作中,实施不同护理模式,分阶段对住院患者进行问卷调查,比较护理服务及健康知识讲解满意度变化。结果①实施组内责任制护理模式后住院患者对责任护士服务满意度从95.73%提高到99.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②实施组内责任制护理模式后住院患者对责任护士健康知识讲解满意度从92.31%提高到98.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论①实施组内责任制,患者知晓自己的责任护士得到落实,住院患者满意度提升。②实施组内责任制,健康知识讲解满意度进一步提高,能有效普及健康知识。③实施组内责任制护理模式有利于人才培养。④实施组内责任制护理模式有利于调动每位成员积极性和责任感。

Objective To discuss diverse nursing work patterns so as to better exert the work potential of nursing personnel, stimulate the work enthusiasm of nursing personnel, increase satisfaction degree of the sick and wounded, and provide them with safe, professional, full quality nursing service. Methods During the Quality Nursing Service program, diverse nursing work patterns were implemented, ques- tionnaire survey was conducted on inpatients at different stages, and the changes of satisfaction degree in nursing service and health knowl-edge explanation were compared.Results 1 .After implementing nursing work pattern of in-group responsibility system, satisfaction degree in nursing service of inpatients increased from 95.73% to 99.33%.The difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）.2.Atter imple-menting nursing work pattern of in-group responsibility system, satisfaction degree in health knowledge explanation of inpatients increased from 92.31% to 98.67%.The difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion 1.After implementing nursing work pattern of in-group responsibility system, the inpatients knew their charge nurses, and satisfaction degree of inpatients increases.2.After implement- ing nursing work pattern of in-group responsibility system, satisfaction degree in health knowledge explanation further grows, which can ef- fectively spread health knowledge.3.Implementing nursing work pattern of in-group responsibility system is favorable for personnel training. 4.Implementing nursing work pattern of in-group responsibility system can better stimulate initiative and responsibility of every member.
