论中国残疾人体育政策法规的修改与完善

Modification of the Policies of the Disable’s Sports Rights

为了更好的保障残疾人体育权利,促进残疾人群众性体育运动的参与和发展。运用文献资料法、访谈法、数据统计法等对中国残疾人体育政策法律法规进行了一系列的探讨和分析。结果表明:我国残疾人体育政策法规中还存在着一些不足,主要包括:有关残疾人体育政策法规的法律性不强;法律中缺少对残疾人运动场地与设施的明确规定;法律对于残疾人体育权利保障性不足,缺乏明确的监督机制。建议实行以法治体;健全残疾人体育权利的法律保障机制;增强残疾人的法律保障意识。

With the development of our sports cause, our government pays more attention to it. Many problems existing in our sports activities have been raised in the meeting of sports law. It talked about the question that the disabled in our country has the indemnificatory shortage in sports rights. To modify and improve the policies and regulations about the disable＇s sports rights is an important part of the methods of improving the sports public regulation. The article talked about the shortage in the policies and regulations of the disable＇s sports rights as well as give some methods so as to improve the relationship between the society and the disabled,recalling the awareness of protecting the disable＇ s rights and promote social harmony.
