摘要
分析低合金高强度环锻用钢锭超声检测不合格的原因。分析表明,导致检测不合格的夹杂物主要为硫化物、氧化铝和部分保护渣成分。适当降低浇注温度、做好夹杂物的变性处理和采取保护浇注可提高钢锭质量。
This paper analyzes the reason for rejection of UT results for high strength low alloy ring forging ingot. The analysis shows that the inclusions caused unacceptable test resuhs are mainly sulfide, alumina and partial protecting slag composition. The quality of steel ingot can be improved by properly decreasing pot, ring temperature, performing modification treatment of inclusions and applying pouring protection.
