摘要
通过对多组叶片进行热处理对比试验,确定了合适的热处理工艺参数。研究结果表明该高压导叶片毛坯采用990~1 010℃淬火,710~730℃回火的热处理工艺,可以获得稳定的力学性能。
Through comparative heat treatment tests with muhiple sets of blades to confirm suitable heat treatment process parameters. The study results show that the high pressure guide blade blank taken the heat treatment process of quenching at 990 - 1 010℃ and tempering at 710 -730℃ can obtain stable mechanical properties.
