摘要
为提高ZGMn13圆锥破碎壁锰钢铸件的耐磨性,减少缩松、缩孔及裂纹等缺陷,对原工艺的浇注系统、冒口等进行改进。利用procast软件对铸件充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟并验证改进后的工艺,对模拟结果进行分析。结果证明,改进后的工艺提高了产品质量,减少了铸件缺陷。
In order to increase abrasion resistance of manganese steel casting for ZGMn13 cone crushing wall and reduce the defects of shrinkage cavities, shrinkage porosities and cracks, the original pouring system and head have been improved. The procast software is used to simulate mould filling and solidification processes of casting and verify the improved process and analyze the simulation results. The results show that the improved processes enhance the product quality and reduce the casting defects.
