摘要 文中提出了一种宽电源电压范围的带隙基准电压源电路,可用于大量程高压加速度计,基准电路结构简单,无需专门的运算放大器,引入基极电流,实现了对基准电压的二次温度补偿,改善了基准电压的温度特性。用Hspice仿真结果表明,基准电压源在2.5~30 V的电源电压范围均能正常工作,电压调整率为0.7×10-6 V/V,在-40℃~125℃的温度变化范围内温度系数为4.8×10-6/℃。 A bandgap reference voltage circuit with wide power supply voltage was proposed in this paper. This circuit can be used in accelerometer with large measuring range and high voltage. The circuit has a simple topology without special operational amplifier. Using the base current, it realized the secondary temperature compensation for reference voltage and improved the temperature characteristics of reference voltage. The Hspice simulation results show that the circuit can work normally in the supply voltage range of 2. 5V-30V, and the voltage regulation is 0.7 × 10-6 V/V, the temperature coefficient is 4. 8 x 10-6/℃ between the temperature range of -40℃ - 125 ℃.
