摘要
针对PET生产过程的实际运行工况,从热媒炉系统,冷冻水用量,工艺塔塔顶废水温度,添加剂用量,热媒泵冷却水用量,闪蒸蒸汽回收利用等方面,进行了节能优化的可行性分析,通过技改措施、工艺优化、加强管理等手段,实现节能优化,取得了良好的经济效益。
According to the actual operation conditions in PET production process, feasibility analysis of energy sav- ing optimization was carried out from the aspects such as HTM furnace system, chilled water amount, waste water temperature of the overhead, delustrant amount, cooling water amount of HTM pump, flash steam recovery etc. By the means of technical modification, process optimization and strengthen management, energy saving optimization was re- alized,good economic benefit was obtained.
