Common faults analysis and treatment of PTA plant rotary valve

旋转阀用于PTA粉料的输送,在使用过程中经常出现过载、送料不畅等故障。本文在生产实践经验的基础上,对旋转阀故障原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的处理措施和日常注意事项。

Rotary valve is used to delivery PTA powder material. During the using process, the overload and feed faults of the rotary valve are often occured. Based on the production experience, the fault reasons of the rotary valve are analysed, the corresponding treatment measures and daily maintenace points for attention are put forward.
