摘要
剖析了一种复合型宽带单片式晶体滤波器。从单片晶体滤波器和叉指换能器的原理出发对该滤波器进行了理论分析,然后使用仿真软件模拟了叉指结构对单片式晶体滤波器的影响。最后通过实验证明了插指结构对晶体滤波器具有调整矩形系数,增加带外抑制和频率微调的作用。
A composite broadband monolithic crystal filter is analyzed. The paper begins with a description of the principle of monolithic crystal filters and interdigital transducer, followed by a therotecial analysis of the filter. A simulation software is used to simulate the impact of interdigital structure on monolithic crystal filters. Finally, the experiment shows that the interpolation structure improves the rectangular coefficient and increases out-band rejection and frequency fine tuning for the monolithic crystal filter.
