摘要
静电的产生具有隐蔽性、潜在累积性,可能会造成电子产品工作异常、损坏,甚至引发其他的安全问题。在研发阶段应对电子秤产品进行静电放电抗扰度试验,分析并验证各种整改措施,为电子秤的后期开发提供必要的参考和依据。采用标准的试验设备、环境及操作,对电子秤分别进行接触放电和空气放电试验。结果表明:易受影响的关键模块为A/D转换器,产品的开发应着力于其选型和电路设计。
Electrostatic discharge is imperceptible and potentially cumulative, which causes abnormal work, electronic product damage, and even some other security problems. Through the electrostatic discharge immunity test of electronic balance, the paper analyzes and verifies corrective measures in the early stage of research and development, which provide necessary reference for further development of electronic balance. Standard equipments, environment and operation are adopted in the test of contact discharge and air discharge. The result shows that A/D converter is the sensitive key module. Researchers should fo- cus on its model and circuit design in the product development.
