摘要
改革开放以来,我国的师生关系研究经历了师生主客体论争和多维视角透视两个阶段,内容涵盖了师生关系的本质和内涵、结构、特征、类型、影响因素、建构策略等诸多方面。展望今后的师生关系研究,在本质和内涵上要回归生成过程的考量;在结构上应作一般性的动态考察,也应深入文化情境作现实性的关怀;在特征上要扩大和深化问题域;在类型上要致力于寻找分类的拐点;在影响因素上应提升至复杂性思维的高度;在建构策略上应突出重点,兼顾整体,变革举措要具体化。
Since the late 1970s, the study on teacher-student relationship in China has undergone two sta-ges, evolving from that of the subject vs. object debate to that of multidimensional perspectives, with its con-tents covering the nature and essence, the structure, the characteristics, the taxonomy, the influencing fac-tors, and the construction strategies of teacher-student relationship. For further research in this field, it is nec-essary : ( 1 ) to resume the study of the generation of the relationship ; (2) to undertake the general and dy-namic investigation as well as the culturally specific and realistic survey; (3) to enlarge the range and deepen the understanding of the problems ; (4) to try to seek new taxonomy ; (5) to rise to the level of thinking of complexity, and (6) to highlight the key points as well as to give consideration to the overall situation, mean-while specifying the reform measures.
