稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏疗效及安全性荟萃分析

Efficacy and Safety of Wenxin Granule for Treatment of Ventricular Premature:A Meta-analysis

目的评价国内应用稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的疗效和安全性。方法通过计算机全面检索1995年—2011年中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据资源系统数据库(WF)、美国国立医学图书馆(Pub Med)、Cochrane图书馆、ISI、BMC。应用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man4.3软件系统评价,对符合纳入标准的69篇近15年发表的稳心颗粒与美托洛尔(倍他乐克)、胺碘酮、普罗帕酮、美西律、心律平等已上市药物比对的临床应用文献进行Meta分析。结果稳心颗粒组治疗与使用其他药物对照治疗的合并检验分析综合检验结果为:RR=1.19,95%CI:1.14,1.23,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(RR=0.51,95%CI:0.37,0.71)。心悸症状、胸痛症状、心绞痛、中医证候、动态心电图、心电图有效率显著高于对照组;24hHolter改变明显低于对照组。结论稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏安全有效,但仍亟需高质量的临床研究进一步验证稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的有效性和安全性。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wenxin Keli for treatment of ventricular premature beats. Methods Controlled randomized clinical trials from 1995 to 2011 were retrieved in CBM, CNKI, VIP, WF, Pub Med, ISI, BMC, and Cochrane. RevMan 4.3 software which provided by Cochrane Collaboration was used to conduct the meta - analysis. There were 69 literatures meeting the inclusion criteria. Results There were no published bias in clinical research on evaluation the efficacy and safety of Wenxin Keli for treatment of ventricular premature beats. Wenxin Keli was effective and safety compared with the regular western medical therapy （clinical effects： RR=1. 18,95% CI：1. 14 to 1.23;Adverse reactions：RR=0.51,95% CI：0. 37 to 0.71）. The efficient of palpitations, chest pain, angina symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome, dynamic electrocardiogram, and electrocardiogram in the Wenxin Keli group were better compared with that in control group. The 24 hours Hoher change was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Wenxin Keli was effective and safety for ventricular premature beats.
