吗啡肺内吸入对急性冠脉综合征患者剧烈胸痛程度的缓解
摘要
目的观察吗啡肺内吸入对急性冠脉综合征患者剧烈胸痛的缓解情况。方法将临床确诊为急性冠脉综合征有胸骨后剧烈疼痛的患者40例,随机分为两组,每组20例。A组为实验组,采用吗啡10mg雾化吸入;B组为对照组,采用吗啡5mg静脉注射。结果两组患者胸痛均明显缓解,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组较B组发生恶心、呕吐及呼吸抑制患者明显减少(P<0.05)。结论吗啡雾化吸入用于急性冠脉综合征剧烈胸痛患者,能有效地缓解胸痛,且副作用较静脉注射发生率小。
