摘要
高等农业教育发展相对滞后。本文从高等农业教育面临的一次难得发展机遇出发,论述了在利用足、利用好原有优势的基础上,增创高等农业教育发展的新优势。
Development of higher agricultural education is comparitively inferior. Starting with the rare chance faced by the higher agricultural education, this thesis expresses how to further create new advantage of higher agricultural education development, on the base of making full use of the former advantage.
