摘要
产业结构对经济增长的影响是有决定性的,在生产要素投入给定的情况下,经济产出是由产业结构决定的。陕西省和浙江省分别是我国西部地区和东部地区的典型代表,对二者产业结构与经济增长之间的关系进行对比分析,能够更清晰的找出各区域在发展过程中存在的问题和挑战。通过实证对比研究发现,在传统计划经济的作用下,陕西省第二产业的效率在三次产业中是最低的,需要尽快通过企业改制、提升当地市场化水平等措施予以改变。
The industrial structure has decisive effects on economic growth, let be the production factors are given, the economic output is decided by industrial structure. Shaanxi and Zhejiang is the typical representative of western and eastern of China. Comparative research on the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth can clearly identify the problems and challenges of each region. Through empirical comparative study, it is found that under the role of the traditional planned economy, the output efficiency of the secondary industry of Shaanxi in the three industries is the lowest; it needs to take the measures of enterprise restructuring and enhancing the local market level to change as soon as possible.
