摘要
非课堂教学模式是相对课堂教学模式提出的。文章从非课堂教学模式的概念、非课堂教学模式的理论支撑、非课堂教学模式的特点等几个方面论述了非课堂教学模式的教学理念。文章介绍了美国狄根森学院在非课堂教学模式下有计划、有组织、有针对开展的各类教学活动,通过现状调查与兴趣调查,分析了学生喜欢非课堂教学模式下的教学活动的深层原因。文章最后谈到搞好非课堂教学模式下的各类教学活动的种种因素,从领导者的统筹安排、行政部门的制度保障、教师的指导作用、学生骨干的培养等几个方面做了详尽的论述。
The non-classroom teaching mode is one in opposition to the classroom teaching mode. The paper describes its concept, theoretical basis, main features, etc. and those implemented at Dickinson College, USA, including its planning, organization and goals-as well as the students' interest and its causes. It finally discusses the main factors for implementing this teaching mode, including the overall planning by the leaders, the institutional guarantee, the guidance of the teachers, and the training of the students' leaders.
