本文结合中国石油化工股份有限公司工程建设质量管理的特点,分析了中国石化工程建设在政府委托的质量监督、企业内部质量监察、工程质量监测三方面所采取的措施和做法以及工作所取得的效果,并提出了今后进一步加强工程建设质量监管的想法,供同行借鉴和参考。

In view of the characteristics of project engineering quality management by Sinopec, this article analyzed the measures, practices and effectives of three aspects including： quality supervision, corporate internal quality monitoring, and project quality supervision in the government entrusted projects conducted by Sinopec.
