摘要
本文在对70多台大型加热炉、热处理炉等工业炉窑安装工程监理实践的背景下,探索其质量控制的目标、要点、方式和规律,以期建立大型加热炉、热处理炉安装调试工程的监理规范或监理模式,这对于保证我国众多此类炉窑的安装调试质量,保证其产成品的品质具有重要意义。
Based on the practice of installation supervision on more than 70 large-scale heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and other industrial furnaces, this article explores target, key points, methods and rules of the quality control. The objective of the article is to set up the supervision standards or supervision mode of the large-scale heating furnaces and the heat treatment furnaces, which has significant importance for ensuring product quality and installation quality in many of such furnaces.
