摘要
素质教育是一个多方位、多层次、多侧面的综合过程 ;开展素质教育要划清与应试教育的界限 ;提高教师素质与教育教学质量是素质教育的关键 ;课堂教学是素质教育的主渠道。本文对上述四个方面进行分析的基础上 ,提出了多科性有专业特色大学加强素质教育的抓手 ,并总结上海水产大学实施素质教育的实践。
The quality-oriented education is a comprehensive process of multi-orientation and multi-level. To develop the quality-oriented education, It is quite necessary to clarify the boundary line of the education for entrance exam. Raising both the quality of teacher and teaching quality is the key link for the quality-oriented education, and the class education is the main channel for it. Based on the analysis of above four aspects, measures to strengthen the quality-oriented education for multi-discipline and specific feature university were elucidated and the experience to carry out the quality-oriented education in Shanghai Fisheries University was summarized in this paper.
