冠舒滴丸对急性血淤模型大鼠血液流变学及血气分析指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Guanshu drop pills on blood rheology and blood gas analysis in rat model with acute blood stasis

摘要 目的:研究冠舒滴丸对血淤模型大鼠血液流变学及血气分析指标的影响,为该药抗衰老研究提供依据。方法:以注射肾上腺素加冰水浴法制备大鼠急性血淤模型。实验分为6组:正常对照组,模型组,复方丹参片和冠舒滴丸高、中、低剂量组,对大鼠血液流变学和血气分析各项指标进行检测分析。结果:冠舒滴丸可明显降低急性血淤大鼠的全血黏度,全血还原黏度,血浆黏度,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞压积和二氧化碳分压,升高红细胞变形指数,血红蛋白,氧合血红蛋白,氧分压和血氧饱和度。结论:冠舒滴丸可明显改善急性血淤模型大鼠异常升高的血液流变学状态,防止血液黏度升高,改善微循环,增加血液氧气含量。增加组织、器官血氧供应,具有延缓衰老的作用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Guanshu drop pills on blood rheolog and blood gas analysis in rat model with acute blood stasis, for offering the accordance for research on the anti-aging action of Guanshu drop pills. METHODS The acute blood stasis model rats were made by injection of adrenaline repeatedly and soaked ice water. Rats were divided into 6 groups, i.e. normal control group, model group, compound Danshen tablet group and Guanshu drop pills high-dose, medi- um-dose and low-dose groups. Hemorheology and blood gas analysis parameters of rats were determined and analyzed. RE- SULTS Guanshu drop pills could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosity, blood reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity, e- rythrocyte conglomeration index, hematocrit and partial pressure of carbon dioxide; it could also rise the erythrocyte deforma- tion index, hemoglobin, oxyhemoglobin, partial pressure of oxygen and saturation of blood oxygen. CONCLUSION Guanshu drop pills can markedly ameliorate the hemorheology which were abnormal augmentation in acute blood-stasis model rats, pre- vent the increase of blood viscosity, improve the blood rheology and increase amount of oxygen in the blood. It has the function of anti-aging by increasing the blood and oxygen supply for the tissues and organs.
