摘要
主动加压钻机能够为钻具提供足够的下压力,使钻机钻进速度更快。除此之外,主动加压钻机还能够有效地增强水平井水平段的钻进能力,增强钻机钻水平井和斜井的能力。介绍了分离式、液压缸间接传动型、液压缸直接传动型及齿轮齿条传动型主动加压钻机的结构原理及性能特点。在介绍国内外主动加压钻机发展现状的基础上,指出了主动加压钻机的关键技术和发展方向,即一体式结构是主动加压钻机未来的发展方向。
The active pressure drilling rig can provide sufficient down force for the drilling tool in order to a- chieve a faster drilling speed. In addition the active pressure drilling rig can effectively increase the drilling capacity of the horizontal section of horizontal well as well as the rig' s capacity to drill horizontal well and deviated well. The structural principle and performance features of the spilt-type active pressure drilling rig with hydraulic cylinder in- direct transmission, hydraulic cylinder direct transmission and pinion and rack transmission were introduced. On the basis of introdueing the present situation of domestic and foreign active pressure rigs the paper points out the key technology and development direction of the rig. In other words the integrated structure is the future development o- rientation of the rig.
