摘要
气井在钻开储层时,极易发生井喷事故,采用传统的加重钻井液混配方式,作业效率满足不了现场使用要求,采用大量储备加重钻井液方式,又可能造成巨大的浪费。为此,开展了加重钻井液混配设备的技术研究。混配设备主要由橇架、拖拉多混合器、上灰装置、混合罐、二次循环及密度检测装置等组成。现场试验及应用中,该设备工作性能稳定,运转良好;能快速调节钻井液密度,混浆均匀,作业质量好,作业效率高,能够满足各种不同作业工况的要求,较之其他加重设备具有明显的性能优势。
When the reservoir is drilled open in gas wells, it is very likely for blowout accidents to take place. Adoption of the traditional blending method of weighted drilling fluid cannot satisfy the field application re- quirement in terms of operating efficiency. If a vast bulk of weighted drilling fluid is stored for use, too much waste will be caused. To solve the problem the technological study of the blending equipment for weighted drilling fluid was conducted. The equipment mainly consists of skid rack, dragging mixer, slurry-feeding device, mixing drum, secondary circulation and density checking devices. In the field test and application the equipment is stable in per- formance and desirable in operation. It can achieve a fast regulation of fluid density, even mixing, good operating quality and high operating efficiency. It can satisfy the requirement of different operating conditions.
