摘要
针对塔河油田奥陶系储层侧钻井桑塔木组泥岩地层钻完井过程中存在的坍塌等现象,进行了小尺寸膨胀波纹管封隔井段现场试验。试验在塔河油田侧钻井TH10410CH2井中进行。下入波纹管管串总长169 m,封隔井段深度为5 693~5 862 m的桑塔木组泥岩地层和良里塔格组地层。试验过程中波纹管下入、投球碰压及倒扣均顺利实施,但因封隔井段每30 m井眼曲率达26.78°以及管串连接强度等问题造成水力膨胀未达到预期的波纹管通径,机械膨胀不能有效进行。试验结果为下一步进行针对性的试验提供了参考。
Collapse exists in the process of drilling and completion in the Sangtamu mudstone formation in side- tracked wells of Ordovician reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield. Therefore, the field test of the packed-off interval with small-size expandable bellows was carried out. The test was conducted in the TH10410CH2 sidetracked well of Tahe Oilfield. The total length of running bellows is 169 m. The depth of packed-off interval of the Sangtamu and Liangl- itage formations is 5 693 - 5 862 m. In the process of the test the running, ball injection bump-pressure and back- off of bellows were carried out smoothly. Due to the pipestring connection strength as well as the problem that the hole curvature every 30 m of packed-off interval reached 26.78°, the hydraulic expansion did not reach the expec- ted bellows size. The mechanical expansion could not be conducted effectively. The test result offers the reference for the future pertinent test.
