摘要 针对Y521封隔器在文明寨油田应用中存在的若干问题,研制了Y521-110FQ防卡注水封隔器。该封隔器主要由上接头、油压活塞、洗井活塞、水力锚、内外中心管、压缩环、摩擦及卡瓦装置、下接头等组成。洗井活塞采用油压和下压双重关闭设计,最大限度地满足了注水和停注时不同压力系统下洗井机构密封的要求;解封时洗井活塞强制开启,使上、下压力系统连通,解决了上部高压导致解封困难的问题。文明寨油田16口注水井的应用效果表明,该封隔器结构合理,原理可靠,能提高管柱分层注水成功率,提高封隔器密封性能,满足高温高压、层间差异大井的分注要求。 In light of the problems existing in the application of the Y521 packer in Wenmingzhai Oilfield, the Y521 - 110FQ anti-sticking water injection packer was developed. The packer mainly consists of top joint, oil pres- sure piston, well flushing piston, hydraulic anchor, inner and outer central tubes, pressure ring, friction and slip devices and lower sub. The well flushing piston adopts a double closing design, satisfying the requirement of the well flushing mechanism with different pressure systems in water injection and stopping waterflooding to a maxi- mum. The well flushing piston is forced to open in releasing in order to connect upper and lower pressure systems. Therefore, the releasing difficulty caused by the upper high pressure has been solved. The effect of applica- tion in 16 wells in Wenmingzhai Oilfield shows that the packer is reasonable in structure and reliable in principle. It can improve the success rate of string separate zone water injection as well as the sealability of the packer. It can satisfy the requirement of wells with high pressure, high temperature and remarkable interlayer difference.
