对排球裁判员职业生涯特性的分析需要分配其有效性。裁判的成功可以被认为是对某一特点自身活动的反应,它反映了裁判员的能力。当研究有效性时,其特点中的问题也随之产生。当今,无论是俄罗斯,还是世界其他国家的标准仍然是不确定的。裁判工作因个人特征而缺乏客观的评价指标,因此,对排球裁判员的职业生涯活动效能特点的评价是主观的。负责俄罗斯超级联赛和甲A比赛裁判工作的排球裁判员在其职业活动中是非常重要的,成功的特性依次如下:客观、自我一致性、抗逆性、权威性、可信性、坚持原则。排球裁判员个人特色的表现力提升了他们执法甲A和甲B比赛的标准。代表性样本对应的单场排球判罚规则——抗逆性、检查员对比赛有效性和性质的整体评估。成功特性的范围是由比赛的重要程度决定的。根据已获得的数据,在相同的职业经历和年龄,整个判罚效果的分配是,甲A比甲B的裁判员更具有效性。

The analysis of specifics of professional work of volleyball referee is required for allocation of its effectiveness. In refereeing success can be considered as a correspondence of the activity itself to certain characteristics, reflecting referee＇s competency. While studying effectiveness the problem of the contents of its characteristics arises. On the modern stage both in Russian and abroad its criteria are still undeter- mined. The refereeing work lacks objective evaluation indices for referee due to personal features being the object of control. Thus this assessment of characteristics of effectiveness of professional refereeing work of volleyball referee is subjective. Volleyball referees responsible for the matches of the Russian champi- onship of Superleague and Primier league A are very important in vocational activity of characteristics of success of the following subjects： objectiveness, self consistency, stress resistance, authority, trustworthi- ness, adherence to principles. Expressiveness of those in the volleyball referee personal characteristics pro- motes the capacities for high standard attendance of the matches of A league and primier league B. The sample representativeness corresponds to the single rule for volleyball referees -stress resistance, correla- ted with inspector overall assessment for qualitative and effective attendance of the match. While ranging the success characteristics the level of its importance was determined. According to the received data on allocation of overall refereeing effectiveness,referees of the group 1 were more effective compared to the group 2 at the same professional experience and age.
