国际残奥运动理念与和谐社会发展观下的中国残疾人体育事业发展的意义与对策

The Development of Sports for People With Disabilities in China in the Frame of International Paralympic Philosophy and Scientific Outlook on Development of Harmonious Society

运用前瞻性研究与对策性研究相结合、理论性研究与制度建构性研究相结合的方法,对国际残奥运动理念与和谐社会发展观展开分析,探讨中国残疾人体育事业发展的意义,对新时期我国残疾人体育事业的发展进行深度考量,提出一些基本方略和对策,为我国残疾人体育事业的发展和相关政策的制订提供依据和参考。

Based on a systematic analysis of the International Paralympic philosophy and the scientific out- look on development of harmonious society, the present paper studied the significance and development of sports for people with disabilities in China in the new era and put forward some basic theories and refer- ential suggestions for the development and decision-making of sports for people with disabilities in China through the combinations of prospective study and countermeasure research, and of theoretical research and system construction.
