影响我国青年排球裁判员执裁效能的因素

Analysis on Factors Affecting the Judging Efficiency of Youth Volleyball Referee in China

竞技排球比赛中优秀裁判员的立足点是执法的公正、一致。通过专家访谈、问卷调查与数理统计等研究方法,对影响我国青年排球裁判员执裁效能的影响因素进行系统分析。结果表明:影响我国青年排球裁判员执裁效能的4个主成分因子分别为比赛因子、社会因子、环境因子、技术因子。在对各种影响因素进行分析的基础上,对如何提高我国青年排球裁判员执裁能力水平提出相应的对策与建议。

The foothold of elite referee in volleyball competition is the enforcement of fair and consistent. Through using the method of expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes systematic analysis on factors affecting judging efficiency of our youth volleyball referee. The result shows that the four factors affecting judging efficiency are competition factor, social factor, environmental factor and technical factor. Based on analysis of various factors, corresponding countermeasure and suggestion are put forwarded on how to improve the judging ability of our youth volleyball referee.
