Knowledge Flow Research of the Alliance of Industrial Technology and Innovation Strategy Based on the Knowledge of the Potential Difference

在介绍知识势差的基础上,分析了产业技术创新战略联盟中产生知识势差的成因,认为知识势差的产生促进了联盟知识的流动,联盟的知识流动是在知识势差诱导下经过知识转移共享、整合创新及扩散吸收的不断循环提升过程,知识流动实现了联盟核心能力的提升。联盟中适当知识势差的存在,有利于知识流动,对促进联盟的知识流动提出了建议。

The paper introduces knowledge potential difference,analyzes the reasons that generate it,and argues that the knowledge potential difference promotes the knowledge flow in an alliance,which is the unceasing recycle and promotion of knowledge through its transfer,sharing,integration,innovation,diffusion and absorption.The knowledge flow improves the core competence of an alliance.So the existence of appreciate knowledge potential difference is beneficial to the flow of knowledge.At last,some suggestions are given to promote the knowledge flow of alliance.
