巴西教师教育的发展及启示

摘要教师教育政策是影响教师专业发展的重要因素,因此对教师教育政策的研究具有十分重要的意义。巴西形成了较为完善的教师资格制度,实行激励机制促进教师教育发展,并不断创新理念,取得了一定的成效,为我国教师教育改革提供借鉴。
