我国民间金融合法化路径展望

改革开放以来,我国民间金融日益活跃、规模逐渐扩大,但一直处于压抑性立法状态,使其应有的效率不能发挥、行为得不到必要的规制,迫切需要立法调整。民间金融合法化、扶持民间金融的发展并进行有效的规制,使民间金融成为有效推动中小企业发展的重要金融支持,应该是我国进行金融体制改革的一项重要内容。

However, It has been in the status of repressive legislation, which makes its efficiency cannot play and behavior cannot get necessary regulation, needing urgently legislation adjustment. Legalizing private finance, sup- porting the development of private finance and carrying out effective regulation to make private finance become the impor- tant financial support of promoting the development of small and medium - sized enterprise should be an important content of financial system reform in China.
