摘要
少墙框架结构体系的主体是框架结构,通过增加一定数量的剪力墙,对框架结构的的性能进行相应调节和改善。在抗震加固工程中由于框架结构的位移无法满足规范要求,故设置少量剪力墙,使原来的框架结构变为少墙框架结构。在抗震加固设计中,由于建筑使用功能要求,当增加一定数量的剪力墙是为了控制框架结构弹性位移时,这一特殊的框架结构还是一种行之有效的方案。文中通过一个具体的抗震加固实例,阐述了抗震鉴定的两级鉴定流程,以及少墙框架在抗震加固设计中的具体应用。
Frame structure with a small amount of shear wall is based on frame structure,by adding the appropriate number of walls to adjust and improve the performance of the frame structure. In the seismic retrofitting engineering, due to the displacement of the frame structure can not meet the specification requirements,we set up a small amount of shear walls and make the transtormation from the original frame structure to less wall frame structure. In the seismic retrofit design, we set up a small amount of shear wall building for using functional requirements in order to control the elastic displacement of the frame structure, this special frame structure is an effective and viable solution. This article through a specific instance of the seismic reinforcement describes the seismic qualification of two identification processes , as well as less wall frame in the seismic retrofit design.
