SphK/S1P信号通路与糖尿病肾病 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)作为糖尿病的一个重要微血管并发症,是终末期肾病的首要病因,多种因素参与其发生与发展。近年来发现高血糖可以刺激肾脏的SphK/S1P信号通路,通过MAPK、Smads、PKC、Rho家族的小GTPases的激活,从而引起系膜细胞的增殖和系膜基质(extracellular matrix.ECM))的累积,导致肾脏的纤维化,而通过对该通路的选择性干预可延缓DN的进展,为DN提供新的治疗措施。
