摘要
介绍了金川集团有限公司化工厂530 kt/a硫酸系统转化工序的改造情况。改造遵循尽可能保留原有工艺管线的原则,在换热器大修的基础上对转化工艺进行改造完善,增加1段转化器,将转化换热流程由原设计的ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ"3+1"流程改为ⅤⅠ-ⅢⅡⅣ"3+2"流程。在确保热平衡的基础上提升转化率,优化系统工艺指标。
Revamping of the conversion section in Jinchuan Co., Ltd.,530 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on smelter off-gas is described. The revamping followed the principle of retaining the existing process pipelines as much as possible. The conversion process was improved on the basis of the overhaul of heat exchangers. A converter with a catalyst bed was added and conversion process was changed from the original "3 + 1" Ⅳ Ⅰ - Ⅲ Ⅱ to "3 +2" ⅤⅠ - Ⅲ Ⅱ Ⅳ. The conversion efficiency was improved and the technological indices of the system were optimized while maintaining the thermal equilibrium.
