摘要
许可使用制度是提高政府信息资源再利用效率的一种有效机制。文章研究了英国、美国和澳大利亚的政府信息资源再利用的许可使用模式,分析了他们各自的机制及其特点,并提出对我国许可使用制度的可资借鉴之处。
The licensing system is an effective way to improve efficiency of reuse of government information re- sources. The paper studies the license modes of reuse of government information resources in Britain, the United States and Australia Then, it analyzes the mechanism and features of these hcensmg systems. Finally, the paper puts forward en- lightenment to licensing system for China.
