摘要
由拱顶罐改造为内浮顶罐,对设计中要考虑的基础沉降、储罐罐壁垂直度和罐壁变形量等因素进行分析,选择合理的结构形式;并就改造设计、安装、使用、检修维护等过程中遇到的问题进行总结,提出相应的解决措施。
The paper analyzed the factors involving the foundation settlement, verticality and deformation amount of wall of the storage tank, selecting reasonable structure shape in the design course of the reform of dome roof tank to a covered floating roof tank. The paper summarized the encountering problems during reform design and installation, usage, repair and maintenance of the revamp, and gave corresponding solution measures.
