摘要
针对包头地区配电网网架、设备、通信系统以及配电网自动化系统现状,提出对包头城网开展配电网自动化技术应用试点工作。选定包头市青山区棉纺变电站6条试点线路,提出配电网自动化系统建设方案,即总体结构采用包括配电主站层和配电终端层的两层结构模式。分析了配电自动化系统主站构建的基本模式及其功能、配电自动化通信和终端以及馈线自动化实施方案。通过对试点线路配电自动化的建设,有效提高了供电可靠性及对配电网的管理水平,实现了配电网的高效经济运行。
Based on distribution network, equipment, communication system and present situation of distribution network automation system, this paper proposes to develop distribution automation technology application trial work in baotou area. It selects 6 pilot lines of cotton spinning substation in Qingshan District, and puts forward distribution automation system construction scheme. It analyzes basic mode and the function of distribution automation main station system, and schemes of distribution automation communications, distribution terminal and feeder automation. Through the construction of distribution automation pilot line, it effectively improves the reliability of power supply and distribution network management level, realizes efficient and economical operation of the distribution network.
