摘要
结合内蒙古首座智能变电站——包头西500 kV智能变电站建设方案,分析了在海拔高、风沙大、冬季寒冷等环境因素影响下建设可靠、经济的智能变电站模式。与传统变电站相比,智能变电站采用分层分布式组网结构,将合并单元和智能终端安装于断路器汇控柜内,在运行操作中可实现顺序控制、智能告警和故障信息综合分析决策等功能,同时打破了以往工程的建设模式,对通信传输、工程调试、计量等方面采用的新技术作了进一步分析,并对今后智能变电站建设提出了两点建议。
According to construction scheme of the 500 kV substation in the west of Baotou, which is the first smart substationin in Inner Mongolia, this article demonstrated reliable and economical construction mode of the smart substation at high altitude with dusty and cold climate. Compared with the traditional substation, the smart substation adopt hierarchical distributed network structure. Merge cells and intelligent terminals are installed in the exchange control cabinet of circuit breaker. In the operation, it can realize the function of sequential control, intelligent alarm and fault information comprehensive analysis. At the same time, a further analysis is made for breaking the traditional operating mode, communication transmission, engineering commissioning, measurement and two new advices are provided for the future construction of smart substation.
