摘要
电能计量是电力交易结算的基础,计量的准确性至关重要。电子式电能表虽然已得到广泛应用,但在谐波分量大、含有大型动态冲击负荷的情况下,其计量的准确性会受到影响。因此,在经典电子式电能表计量算法的基础上,提出了一种基于数字滤波器的改进方法,利用Matlab中FDA Tool功能,设计了相应的数字滤波器用于提高电能计量的精度。仿真结果表明,在有谐波和动态负荷情况下,该方法可使有功电能、基波电能的计量误差控制在±1%范围内,验证了该方法的有效性。
The measurement accuracy of power meters is very important as it is the basis of power transactions. Electronic power meters, widely used today, may get deteriorated accuracy when the harmonics and impulse load exist. Thus, this paper analyzed the classical algorithm of power measurement and proposed a new method based on digital filters. Different types of digital filters are designed with digital filter tool FDA Tool(Filter Design & Analysis Tool) in Matlab. And simulation results show that in cases of harmonics and impulse load conditions, active energy can be measured within an error range of +1%, whereas fundamental energy error with in ~0.1%, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
