摘要:针对华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司600MW发电机组汽前泵存在低负荷时转子抖动串轴、振动大,机械密封容易坏,冷却腔与泵体接合面易泄漏,泵壳刷损严重以及耗电量大的问题,对汽前泵叶轮进行车削,以降低汽前泵扬程,并利用原部件进行汽前泵的通流部分改造:采用高效鱼头形叶型,改变叶轮和蜗壳的局部关键型线,并调整优化设计参数。优化改进后,解决了以上问题,汽前泵运行效率提高3%~5%,每台汽前泵平均可节电114.6kWh/h,投资回收期短,保证了机组安全、经济、稳定运行。
Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Co.,Ltd., Baotou Power Branch 600 MW turbine steam pump's booster pump existed rotor shaft wobble string, vibration, mechanical seal easily damaged, cooling chamber and the pump body interface easy leakage, pump shell brush and large power consumption problems in low load. through turning process to reduced booster pump head, using the original components for the retrofit of the flow passage, and adjustment and optimization of the design parameters,above problems were solved. Pump efficiency was improved by 3% to 5%, each pump could save electricity 114.6kWh, investment recovery period was short.
