摘要 针对国内汽轮机组轴振保护中"振动大"为单点保护的问题,认为该设计方案测量系统易受干扰而发生误跳机事故。参考国际标准的相关内容,认为采用两种或两种以上独立回路进行测量,经判断后得出跳机指令是解决轴振动大单点保护缺陷的根本手段;分析了国内普遍采用的两种优化方案中存在的问题,建议按照国际标准更新国家标准,使汽轮机轴振动大保护问题能够在设备制造阶段得以解决。 Aiming at the problems of single point protection due to exceeding shaft vibration on domestic steam turbine, some relevant international standards were referred to. To solve the problems of machine unnecessary shutting down, it was fundamental means to adopt at least two independent measurement circuits and proceed to an action after the signal being judged. In addition, the old national standards should be updated on the basis of international standards, so the problem could be cleared up in the equipment manufacturing stage.
