摘要
蒙西电网某些风电场存在输电线路两端无功电量计量值偏差较大的现象,给电网与风电场的交易结算带来不便。针对这一问题,选取内蒙古乌兰察布市化德地区3家典型风电场安装电参量采集系统,通过对采集到的风电场输电线路两端的电量参数的实时数据进行分析,并结合输电线路无功电能的理论计算结果,明确是由于风电场长期处于低负荷运行状态,线路的输送功率小于线路的自然功率,输电线路产生容性无功功率大于感性无功功率,从而导致风电场两端无功电量计量值偏差较大。
Reactive power measurement deviations on both ends of transmission line existed in some wind farms in the west of Inner Mongolia grid, that bring issues of trading settlement between Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company and wind farms. To solve this problem, selected 3 typical wind farms to install the electric parameter collection system, Through analysis of collected real time data of reactive power on the ends of transmission line and comparison with theoretical calculation, to make clear that the result of wind farm in the long-term low load running, the transmission power is less than natural power of transmission line, transmission line generates reactive power greater than the inductive reactive power, thus leading to the wind farm reactive power measurement deviation on both ends of transmission line.
