Both specialization and synthesization of college and university journals are the main trend for the spread of academic information and promotion of academic research in the coming knowledge-oriented economy 21st Century.It is essential to follow the principle of intensive and horizontal cooperation and remedy the problems of running one or more journals by a singleschool and repetition of one school subject by several schools.Both running patterns have their own advantages and disadvantages.We should choose a better pattern in accordance with each school’s development of learned branches and academic research levels.
