Humble Comment on Traffic Police Team Building in the New Era Meeting with Opportunity and Challenge in Traffic Administration

在公安机关道路交通管理工作中,队伍建设是根本,也是保证。当前,随着我国改革开放的不断深入推进,经济社会高速发展,面对新时期、新任务和新要求,交警队伍建设面临着很多新的机遇与挑战。因此,公安机关道路交通管理部门各级领导要立足现实、展望未来,创新理念、与时俱进,积极探索适应当前社会新形势的队伍建设手段和方法。

In traffic administration of public security agencies, the team building is essential and guarantee. At present, with our country further opening its door and reforming and fast social and economic development, traffic team building confronts new tasks and requirements of the new era, new opportunities and challenges. Accordingly, administrators at different levels of the traffic administrative agencies should base themselves on reality, look forward to the future, innovate concepts, keep pace with the times and actively explore new approaches and methods that fit the team building in present new social situation.
