城市社区治理问题研究——基于治理理论的探究

社区是整个社会的缩影,社会中的各种复杂关系和问题都会通过社区反映出来,现阶段我国正处于急剧的社会转型期,社会转型对社区治理提出了迫切的需求。当前我国社区治理中主要面临着社区治理行政化色彩浓厚、社区非营利组织发育迟缓、社区居民参与不足等方面的问题。就此,基于治理理论的视角,从转变政府职能,建设有限政府、壮大非营利组织和市场组织、提升社区居民参与程度这三个方面来探讨社区治理的优化路径。

The community is the miniature of society, various complex relationships and problems in society can be reflected through the community. Our country is in the rapid social transition period now, social transition put forward an urgent requirement on community governancet. The main problem community governance facing in our country is that community governance administrative color is strong, nonprofit organization in community growth slowly, community residents lack participation. Thus, based on the theory of governance reserach, from changing government function, building limited government, expanding nonprofit organization, promoting community residents participation to explore a ol3timal path in community governance.
