对公共图书馆发展现状的几点思考

笔者通过对公共图书馆利用情况和发展现状的分析,试图找出导致目前这种状况的原因。结合图书馆人应该具备的图书馆精神和职业道德,呼吁他们身体力行,从图书馆的宣传、实践方面做出努力,积极地与社会公益组织合作,广泛发动社会的力量。同时,呼吁政府加快《图书馆法》的立法进程。
