Rural communities can provide platforms and opportunities for market, the society and farmers to participate in public service, which is helpful to form an integrated force among multiple subjects such as government, market, the society, and farmers. In order to ensure effective provision of rural public service, we must construct the multiple supply mechanism including government guidance, market perfection, social cooperation, and farmers＇ participation.
