家长学校:通向家庭和学校教育一致性的路径

Parents' Training School:the Approach Making Family Education accord with School Education

在当前的青少年教育中,由于家长在思想观念和教育方式上存在着种种误区,所以家庭教育与学校教育不能很好地衔接,教育领域中的高耗低效现象长期存在着。在这样的情形下,家长学校作为一种必要的"熔炉",在提高家长素质,弥补家庭教育缺陷,使学校教育增效等诸多方面均起到了十分重要的作用。家长学校在教育内容、教学方式、教学保障、教学评价上都应该形成完整而合理的体系。

During the course of current education on teenagers, due to parents＇ various misunderstandings in ideas and education modes, family education and school education can not be effectively connected with each other. As a result, there has been the phenomenon, ＂high cost with low efficiency＂, in education field for quite a long time. With such a situation, parents＇ training school, as a necessary approach, is playing a significant role in improving parents＇ qualities, making up the disadvantages in family education, and increasing the efficiency of school education, and so on. Therefore, we should set up a complete and reasonable system for parents＇ training school in terms of content, mode, security and assessment of teaching activities.
